ISOTELHA® PUR/PIR is especially recommended in constructions where thermal comfort is demanded, with big economy in the energy consumption, reduction in the acquisition of air conditioning equipments in certain cases.

Production Process
ISOTELHA® PUR/PIR is produced in a line of the most advanced world technology, totally automatic and continuous, with high pressure foam injection, guaranteeing perfect homogeneity, avoiding bubbles in the core, resulting in a product of high isolation power, term-acoustics and larger mechanical resistance.
Material Facing
External: Pre-painted steel 0,43 or 0,50 mm
Internal: Pre-painted Steel - 0,43 or 0,50 mm
Aluminum foil embossed - 0,04 mm

* Material Facing in Stainless Steel AISI 304 under special order
Chemical-physical core characteristics
• Rigid Foam of Polyurethane (PUR) medium density = 38 to 42 kg/m³
• Rigid Foam of Poliisocianurate (PIR) medium density = 38 to 42 kg/m³
• Compression " tension> 130 kpa - ASTM D 1621
• Dimensional stability <1% - ASTM 2126: 72 h to -20 C to +70 C
• Fire Resistance - PUR and PIR: class R1 - ABNT MB 1562
• Thermal conductivity 0,022 kcal/h.m.ºC - ASTM C 518
• Product ecologically correct, free from CFC
Technical Features
Assembly
The Isotelha´s installation is very simple and fast. The fastening is always done in the high wave with self drilling screw and EPDM washer, guaranteeing perfect wheaterthigh, turning its assembling very practical.
